An e-depot is a must, integrated into Parlaeus.
Many municipalities are working on developing an e-depot to sustainably archive digital information. According to the law, Council information should be archived in an e-depot as well. Of course, it is possible to send all information, created within Parlaeus, to an existing e-depot solution belonging to the municipality. However, if the municipality has not chosen a solution yet, we offer an integrated e-depot within Parlaeus.
The e-depot that has been delivered on request is set up according to the standards of KING/VNG (as the use of the meta data profile TMLO) and the Open State Foundation. Information from this e-depot can seamlessly be transferred to other e-depots that comply with these standards (the Nationaal Archief, for example).
