Extended written and multimedia reporting
The Reporting tool contains a broad range of possibilities, all focussing on reporting, making dossiers, publications and communication.
Parlaeus uses written possibilities to generate minute records, resolution lists (possibly with an explanation per resolution) and action point lists. Besides that, it is also possible to register voting interests and to add these to, for example, multimedia information (see below).
Parlaeus offers a lot of multimedia solutions. We plan meetings in an agenda module. From here, there is automatic control for the live broadcast of the meeting. Visitors of the municipal website can use a link, generated by Parlaeus, with which you can immediately go to the meeting. Apart from a videoplayer, there also is a complete agenda containing all documents.

Live reports during the meeting
During a meeting, a registry employee can indicate, via the Parlaeus dashboard, which agenda item is going to be discussed next. With this, the agenda item is directly indexed.
Postproduction after the meeting
After the meeting, the video report/audio report has to be indexed on the speaker. For this, Parlaeus has developed an online editor.
We also offer the possibility for automatic transcription from ‘speech’ to ‘text’. This text might serve as subtitles for the video report, but this text also enables searching for text within a video report. The quality of the transcript is quite high, but we definitely recommend an extra check (see tool Videobutler).
Video on demand after the meeting
The complete indexed video report will be published on the website of the municipality. Besides that, the links of video fragments will be implemented in the resolution list and will be added to the concerning dossiers.
